Message: Was very busy on the day I was there. Staff was still able to help me find the items I was looking for quickly and professionally. Loading assistance was called for over the PA, waited for a few minutes and handled it myself. Not a big deal for me with the particular item I purchased but others may have had to wait a bit. Reiterating that it was very busy.
