Message: Update 2: I initially put up a bad review without fully considering the situation. My lawn mower was delivered with self propel not working. Joe told me it was fully tested and worked. I believe him. He took it back, updated me every day it was back in his shop. On the third day it was done. I come to find out he is in his shop until 10 pm most nights working to try to keep up with the demand. How can I give him less than 5 stars for his effort.. Thanks for opening my eyes and taking good care of me! Update: After talking with Joe, the owner, who picked up my mower today I felt I needed to update this review. I was not asked to do so. Due to other similar businesses going out of business has put a huge strain on the maintenance folks at Medinger's. Medinger currently has the shortest lead time of all the other maintenance shops. From a customer's perspective these facts are often unkown or overlooked as was in my case. All in all I have come to see my review was too harsh as I was not aware of the conditions affecting what I perceived as excessive shop time.. Medinger remains as my choice for all my equipment needs.

Message: The service today from Matt was excellent. Even though he did not know me, Matt made my visit to solve my problem with my Husquarvana chain saw both fast and efficient. As a young man I had the Job at Goldfines Honda shop, where I sold parts for Cycles, chain saws, and outboards and service with a smile made the customer very happy. I had the same service today, some 5o+ years after I worked at the Honda shop. Thanks Matt.

Message: I've had such a good experience with Medingers. My dad bought me a ride on mower there. They delivered it and showed me everything I needed to know. Maintenance with them yearly. The staff is amazing. I can't say enough good things about them.

Message: I recently took my snowblower in because it wouldn’t start. It’s so great that you offer a service to pick up and drop off snowblowers for us with smaller vehicles. My snowblower is now working better than ever and I wanted to say thank you for great work you put in to fix it!

Message: Took snowblower rims and tires in for repair because of air leaks. Was told they couldn't work on them due to recall on plastic rims; possibility of them blowing up. They told me they would check on getting new ones due to recall. Thanks Joe. The entire staff was professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Got new rims and tires today. Thanks to all of you. Rose you're the best. Family always trusts them for parts and service.

Message: While I can't speak to a buying experience, but I inquired about availability of some Z242 and Z248F Husqvarna mowers. J. H. didn't have any, but were forthright in what the situation was and contacted the Husqvarna rep to find some other locations to purchase a mower from. Really went above and beyond to help me out, especially when they didn't have to do so. Really made my day!

Message: As always, the staff at Medinger's were very helpful and got my machine working like new. Great prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for your small engine repairs.

Message: I doubt I will be going back. I went to have a snowblower wheel sealed and filled. I was called and told it's complete went in to pick it up and brought it home and it was still flat. I attempted to put air in and it was still the same as when I dropped it off, does not hold air. I went back to have the actually fix it and was called and told it was done. I went back I. To pick it up and after them looking for it for 10 minutes I was told they sent it home with another customer and they need to call to have it brought back in. We will see what my 3rd trip in will bring.. Update: I ended up calling them a few days later to check the status. They said it was returned. Guess they were waiting on me to call.. Update: They ended up calling me and offered a refund for my troubles.
