Message: Large store and lots of selection for indoor and outdoor home supplies. The store has plenty of room for people to pass in the isles. It's always clean and well lite. Most of the employee's in the departments are friendly and knowledgeable. Some even go the extra mile with their customer service explaining and guiding the customers. I did have a recent negative experience at the customer service desk where there was one lady working and three people standing at the service desk talking. That's fine but we had four people in the line and those people didn't appear to be doing anything. An acknowledgement would have been nice. I let the Store manager know so she could talk with them.

Message: My favourite "big-box" hardware store.. It's very rare that I come to menards and don't find what I was looking for. Their prices are unbeatable in the area.. Every major project I undertook, ended up being mostly supplied from menards.. Affordable, good staff (helpful), and great selection.
