Message: The best! the kindest! the most knowledgeable! ahh :) ordered a washer/dryer for a next day delivery; they had no problem fitting us into their schedule. sometimes we use pickup for odds and ends-always kind! and always correct! just got paint yesterday & the woman was sooooo kind and helpful! A++++ all the way around :) every time.

Message: Big fan of Menards, particularly since they started selling more home and grocery items. Not always, but frequently prices on those name brand products are over a dollar cheaper here, particularly when there’s a sale. I have seen some particularly nasty behavior from customers toward the staff on a rather consistent basis, so I keep that in mind and try to be patient and polite. They shouldn’t have to put up with rotten child-like behavior.
