Message: I bring them all my chainsaws and I have never been dissatisfied. They take the time to explain why the equipment does not work properly, usually operator error, and they offer to show me the old parts. I like that they do this because my previous repair shop was charging me for stuff they didn't replace. Being the only qualified place in the area sometimes it takes a week but the price always reflects it. I use vintage saws, like McCullough and Jonsered and they have no problems fixing them. They also service my Husqvarna and Poulan on a regular basis. I couldnt be happier with their service.
