Message: Sean came out on a Saturday, looked at the broken spring, and said he wouldn't be able to fix it that day. He did help me open the door so we could get both cars out, and then close it again. Monday Josh and his partner came and installed a new door. They were very professional and experienced. We couldn't be happier with the service from Tri County Overhead Door Service. An added bonus, the new door matches our trim perfectly. I will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.

Message: Professional craftsmanship. Not a trace they were here other than the doors were installed. Happy to keep our business local. We absolutely love the doors.

Message: Appreciate the quick responsiveness of being able to get a tech out within a couple hours of the initial phone call. And the tech's ability to fix the issue with the garage door! Thank you!

Message: Own a carwash and had a door break. Out of business. Called all around and no one had the spring I needed. These guys had it and staff dropped everything to get it made and me out the door as fast as possible and we're super friendly about doing it!

Message: Great experience overall. One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke over the weekend. Called the following Monday morning and they had a tech make it down to Oshkosh before noon. The price they quoted me over the phone was fair and exactly what we ended up paying. The tech that came out was friendly and completed the work very quickly. I have and will continue to recommend Tri County Overhead Door Service to friends and neighbors, and I will definitely call them back when I have future garage door repair / improvement projects.

Message: Had to replace cables, brackets and tracks. The technician did a GREAT job. Everything works smoothly. Would definitely recommend Tri County over other places. Some places might be a little cheaper, but remember, you get what you pay for.

Message: Work was done quick, and well done. So A+ on the service person, and the work itself. But the price was roughly $100 more than the national average for a replacement of garage door springs, I wish I had shopped around more, co workers who went else where in the last 6 months paid considerably less for the same job. 225-240$ish versus the $348 I was charged. There was no breakdown of costs either on the invoice, and the service person wouldn't give us a quote, said they don't handle the costs. Just a flat up $348 charge after it was all said and done in the mail. So if you're after garage door spring replacement, it'll be done promptly and properly, but be aware it'll be quite costly compared to some other options in the area.
